Speaking with Kindall

Nervous system science, culture-centered wellness, workplace stress relief, trauma-informed schools, burnout recovery, ADHD wellness for women, and talks that actually change how people show up

M.Ed., LPC-S, NCC, CCATP, ADHD-CCSP | Psychotherapist, Consultant, & Speaker

I believe every audience deserves more than information; they deserve a moment that changes how they think, feel, and show up for themselves and each other. That's the work I bring to every stage, boardroom, classroom, and sanctuary I step into.

Whether I'm speaking to a room of educators, a corporate team navigating burnout, or a community of women learning to work with their ADHD brains instead of against them, my goal is the same: to translate the science of mental wellness into language people can actually use, the same day, in their actual lives.

“Kindall curated a space that everyone was able to feel comfortable being vulnerable and openly sharing their thoughts, perspectives, and feelings.”

My Speaking Topics

I tailor every talk to the audience in front of me, but these are the themes I return to again and again — the ones I've seen genuinely shift how people think, lead, and live.

“Participating in Kindall’s webinar offered me the tools to put thoughts and emotions into words to navigate grief and heal from a traumatic experience.”

Who I Love Collaborating With

I’ve noticed that I do my best work with organizers and organizations who share a few key qualities. If this sounds like you, we're likely a great fit:

  • You genuinely want your people to walk away changed, not just entertained for an hour.

  • You're willing to have honest conversations about the real challenges your community, staff, or students are facing — not just the polished version.

  • You value cultural humility and want content that reflects the actual people in the room, not a generic template.

  • You see mental health and wellness as core to performance, learning, and community — not an optional extra.

  • You're responsive and collaborative in the planning process, so we can build something tailored rather than off-the-shelf.

“I really appreciated Kindall's approach to authentically address the need for others, especially the intention of those of us in this work. I felt affirmed in this climate while understanding my evolving needs to sustain myself and my operation in this role as a diversity practitioner.”

Why Hire Me

Booking a speaker is a risk. You're trusting someone to represent your event, hold your audience's attention, and leave them better than they found them. Here's what working with me solves:

  • Credibility: As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Professional School Counselor with over ten years in this field, I bring clinical depth — not just inspiration — to every topic.

  • Relevance: I customize each presentation to your audience's real-world context, whether that's a classroom, a corporate team, or a community gathering.

  • Engagement: My background as an educator and counselor means I know how to hold a room — through story, humor, practical tools and exercises, and genuine connection.

  • Range: I've spoken across community, corporate, school, and faith-based settings, domestically and internationally, so I adapt quickly to your setting and culture.

  • Follow-through: I leave audiences with tools they can use immediately, not just a feeling that fades by the parking lot.

My Experience

I've been speaking to audiences since high school and formally since my college years at The University of Texas at Austin. Since then, I've had the honor of speaking across community mental health organizations, private practice networks, public schools, international schools, churches, and professional conferences — both across the United States and abroad during my six years living and working in Beijing, China.

I've partnered with numerous organizations globally, expressing a variety of needs and representing diverse cultures. That range has taught me how to meet a room where it is — whatever the culture, age group, or setting — and deliver something that actually lands; deliver something that meet their immediate needs; deliver something that empowers them to return to their respective communities and make an impactful difference.

My Passion for Collaboration and Advocacy

At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: mental health is community health. I don't see speaking engagements as one-off transactions. I see them as partnerships in a larger mission to normalize mental wellness, advocate for the people who are too often overlooked, and build communities where seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness.

If you're organizing an event and want a speaker who will show up prepared, collaborate generously, and leave your audience with something real to carry home, I'd love to hear from you.
